Therapitas is currently hiring full-time, licensed Occupational Therapists to fill vacancies in our Tulsa clinic. Position Summary: -Create and follow through with patient-centric care plans -Utilize clinical and patient-centered metrics to ensure the quality delivery of services -Lead by example and work collaboratively with a team of therapists to ensure the seamless delivery of services -Document care efficiently, while meeting clinical expectations and payer regulations -Comply with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations Qualifications: -Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program -Current State licensure for occupational therapy or the ability to obtain -Experience in pediatrics preferred, but not required -Ability to speak Spanish is preferred, but NOT required Compensation and Benefits: -Competitive Salary -Paid PTO, Holiday, and Sick Leave -CEU assistance -Licensure Reimbursement -Paid membership to online CEU site - Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Available -401K -Monday through Friday scheduling -And much more...
