As an Occupational Therapist in our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will be responsible for assessing and implementing treatment plans for patients. A typical day involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care, as well as monitoring patient progress. You'll enjoy 8-hour day shifts, allowing time to explore the delightful surroundings of Mishawaka after work hours.
Patient ratios are manageable, affording you the opportunity to provide personalized care. This position is ideal for professionals seeking a fulfilling role within a traveler-friendly community, with many peers also on occupational therapy assignments.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous SNF/LTC experience is greatly preferred and any familiarity with either Net Health Therapy or Matrix EMR and Innova.
