Operating Room Registered Nurse

Critical Access Hospital near Woodstock, VT seeking experienced OR Registered Nurses. Hourly rate from $28.15-46.64. Sign on Bonus/Relocation Assistance from $5,000-$10,000.

OR Registered Nurse:

*Administers and manages prescribed medications and treamtments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, within their scope of practice and notifies the provider when appropriate

*OR Registered Nurse documents care completely, accurately, and timely in the appropriate health record

*Demonstrates competencies within their scope of practice

*OR Registered Nurse conveys clinical information to other team members

Minimum Education:

*Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.

Minimum Work Experience:

*1 Year Prior OR Registered Nurse experience (Circulator and/or Scrub roles) required.

Required Licenses/Certifications:

*Licensed in the State of Vermont.

*BLS Certification through American Heart Association.

*ACLS Certification preferred.

*CNOR Certification preferred.
