Operational Assistant-Office Assistant
Position Summary
Provides secretarial and clerical services to mangerial team and or department head level associates. Carries out all duties as described in the job description and assits management with staff requests as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Completes a variety of secretarial tasks, which include correspondence in final form, memos, purchase orders, forms, tables, charts, work schedules and records.
- Places and receives telephone calls and receives visitors into the office.
- Orders all supplies for the department including housekeeping products and equipment.
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient typing skills
- Able to read, write and communicate effectively in English. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills, exceptional phone skills.
