$150,000 Sign-On Bonus Offered! With strong internal referrals and an established patient base, you'll step into immediate surgical volume in a collaborative, well-supported environment. Our team is known for comprehensive, compassionate care - and we're looking for a surgeon who pairs clinical excellence with a confident, reassuring chairside manner.

Qualifications
• DDS/DMD from an accredited institution
• Active New York dental license
• Completion of an Oral Surgery residency
• Board Certified (preferred)
• IV sedation proficiency
• Team-oriented, patient-first mindset
