Up to $20,000 Sign-on/Relocation Bonus! Immediately hiring a full-time or part-time Orthodontist. 12-16 days a month.

We're looking for a skilled full-time or part-time Orthodontist to practice out of our Makakilo, Hawaii area offices. 12-16 days a month.

GD Makakilo/ Kapolei - 92-605 Makakilo Drive Kapolei, HI 96707

Position Qualifications:

Accredited Dental School Graduate
Active HI State Dental License in good standing (or the ability to acquire one by time of start of employment)
Active HI State Orthodontics License in good standing (or the ability to acquire OR license by time of employment)
Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI (or the ability to acquire one by time of start of employment)
