Overview:
Our established outpatient practice is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join a patient-focused and collaborative clinical team. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, strong earning potential, and long-term career growth through a partnership track. The role includes both clinical and surgical ENT care within a structured outpatient setting.

Position Offers:

• Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend requirements
• Competitive compensation of $400,000–$500,000 annually based on experience, plus bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat ear, nose, and throat conditions
• Perform medical and surgical ENT procedures as appropriate
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic ENT-related conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care
• Educate patients on treatment options, recovery expectations, and preventive care

Qualifications:

• Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active Maryland medical license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
