Position Overview

We are currently accepting applications from 2025 and 2026 graduates for an Outpatient Pediatrics position in the Southeast. This opportunity features a 4.5-day work week, with only a half-day on Fridays, allowing for an excellent quality of life. Notably, there is no requirement for newborn rounding in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The earning potential for your first year is $280,000 or more. In addition, you may receive up to $100,000 in student loan repayment. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 38 paid time off (PTO) days in your first year, an annual CME allowance, a 5% retirement match, and 100% coverage for employee health and dental insurance. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are also available.
