Someone who loves being a physical therapist and would like the freedom to practice your craft. * Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program. * Current/Valid State of Florida Physical Therapy License DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Managing daily operations at our brand new premier outpatient physical therapy clinic in Punta Gorda * Performing a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation * Timely preparation of a written plan of care and daily encounter notes utilizing our web-based EMR. * Supervising the implementation of each plan of care and coordinating treatment as a team with support staff. * Tracking established clinic metrics. * Willingly participating in community events and actively participating in ongoing marketing strategies to ensure the health of our practice. * Being a pro-active member of our team, bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise. * Helping to foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone. * Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patients satisfaction If you are an exceptional physical therapist who values a supportive work environment where you can change the lives of your patients while achieving your career and financial goals, then we could be a great match for you!
