OUTPATIENT SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - PRN

CAMBRIDGE HEALTH & REHABILITATION - RICHMOND, TX

Mobile and ALF in Sugarland and Missouri City

Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We are seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to serve our mobile and ALF outpatient needs in Sugarland and Missouri City. As part of this amazing team of clinicians, you will have opportunities for training and continuing education in Think Thin/dysphagia, Abilities Care and dementia, stroke and neuro rehabilitation, and respiratory recovery programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
  • Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:
Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels

Mobile and ALF outpatient experience preferred
