We are currently seeking a full-time NursePractitioner or Physician Assistantto join our team at Reception and Medical Center (hospital setting)located in Lake Butler, Florida.Reception and Medical Center is located 35 miles north of Gainesville and 21 miles south of Lake City.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.

Qualifications

• Must have a Florida license
• ARNP/PA certification
• DEA License or ability to obtain
• CPR up to date
• Be able to pass a criminal background
