*What We're Looking For:*

* Holds a HS transcript or equivalent along with one of the following:
* An associates degree or higher with a GPA of 2.0 or higher from an accredited institution, or 
* Sixty college credits from an accredited institution, or 
* A score of 459 or higher on the ParaPro Test

* DEEDS certification (Instructional Para Certificate)
* Experience working with students in an educational setting
* Working knowledge of behavior management procedures (preferred)
* Knowledge of assistive technology and accommodations for special education students (preferred)
* Previous CPI/Safety Care Training (preferred)
* Previous experience supporting severe behaviors/aggression
