Position Overview: We are currently seeking a NursePractitioner to join our team and provide psychiatric care services atour partner facilities. This role offers an opportunity formeaningful, flexible, and autonomous work while making a significantimpact on the lives of seniors in our community. We also prioritizeyour career development by providing support and resources to help yougrow professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site psychiatric assessments and medicationmanagementto patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, andother long-termcare facilities.
• Consult,educate, and coordinate care with facility staff,includingnursing home administrator, director of nursing, anddirector ofsocial services.
• Adhere toestablished regulations, policies, and procedureswhileexercising initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements

• Passionforworking with seniors and providing exceptionalcare
• State license asnurse practitioner (required)
• Specialty aspsychiatric nursepractitioner (PMHNP) oradult-gerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP)(preferred)
• DEAlicense
• Availabilitytowork during normal, weekday business hours (no nightor weekend on-call!)
• Abilitytostandfor 20 minutes
• Abilitytolift15 pounds
