As a Patient Accounts Representative, you'll help patients understand and manage the financial aspects of their healthcare experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with account and billing questions.
• Review account information and payment history.
• Process payments and account transactions.
• Communicate with patients regarding balances and payment options.
• Research and resolve account concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Protect patient financial and health information.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Healthcare billing, patient accounting, or customer-service experience preferred.

Pay & Benefits

$18.50 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
