HealthPRO Heritage at Home is currently seeking a full-time Payroll Assistant for the Tulsa, OK office. Qualified candidates must have strong experience in Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, and work well under critical deadlines.

HealthPRO has an open position for a Payroll Assistant for the office in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The position reports to the Payroll Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to: processing and verifying payroll data, coordinating with field staff and handling any pay concerns, generating and modifying reports, and assisting the Payroll Manager with other administrative duties.
This is an hourly full time position with regular office hours (some flexibility may be possible). Benefits are available, such as health, life, dental and vision insurance; 401(k), and paid vacations. Hourly pay will be based on qualifications and experience. EOE. Posiiton may require overtime.
Proficiency in MS Excel is required and payroll processing experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, organized, accurate, and able to multi-task. Must be able to work with continual deadlines within a team setting. Will need good interpersonal and communication skills. Confidentiality is crucial. The right candidate that possesses a quick learning curve with the ideal intelligence, personality, & computer savvy will be considered in lieu of college degree or experience. Must be an organized self-starter who is proficient with desktop and laptop computers running Windows operating system; Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) software.
