- JOB RELATIONSHIPS
- Responsible to Vice President of Fiscal Services. Coordinates with Employment/Benefits Coordinator and Recruiters.
- DEFINITION OF POSITION
- Responsible for all aspects of payroll processing; works with Human Resources staff to ensure timely updates of payroll system; supports reporting of Labor Analytics in coordination of the Business Operations Support Manager; responsible for taking minutes at differing leadership and committee meetings throughout the organization. Other special projects may be assigned by the Business Operations Support Manager. This is a hybrid remote position.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional
- Associate's Degree preferred.
- Advanced administrative experience.
- Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet and Google application skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in busy office environment.
- Able to structure letters and other correspondence and minutes with minimal instruction.
- Physician productivity compensation modeling experience preferred.
