Payroll Generalist

  • JOB RELATIONSHIPS

    • Responsible to Vice President of Fiscal Services. Coordinates with Employment/Benefits Coordinator and Recruiters.
  • DEFINITION OF POSITION

    • Responsible for all aspects of payroll processing; works with Human Resources staff to ensure timely updates of payroll system; supports reporting of Labor Analytics in coordination of the Business Operations Support Manager; responsible for taking minutes at differing leadership and committee meetings throughout the organization. Other special projects may be assigned by the Business Operations Support Manager. This is a hybrid remote position.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    • Professional

      • Associate's Degree preferred.
      • Advanced administrative experience.
      • Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet and Google application skills.
      • Excellent interpersonal communications skills and organizational skills.
      • Ability to work in busy office environment.
      • Able to structure letters and other correspondence and minutes with minimal instruction.
      • Physician productivity compensation modeling experience preferred.
