We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative, child-focused therapy team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support communication development.
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide early intervention services for children with developmental speech and language delays.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility for licensure in California).
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric populations.
- Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for children.
- Familiarity with early intervention services and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
