As an extension of The Children's Hospital at Saint Peter's University Hospital, this practice offers General Pediatricians the best of both worlds: a close-knit community setting with the resources, specialist network, and clinical reputation of our state-designated acute care children's hospital in New Brunswick - home to the Lantern Award-winning Dorothy B. Hersh Pediatric Emergency Department, a Certified Autism Center, and a Craniofacial Center, and recognized as a Best Children's Hospital by the Women's Choice Award.

Opportunity Highlights:
• Traditional outpatient pediatric practice caring for patients from newborn to 21 years of age
• Full-time opportunity, Monday-Friday with a few evenings and alternating half-day Saturdays
• 1:2 minimal call, supported by an after-hours pediatric call center
• Strong support from leadership and administration, collegial environment
• Opportunity to engage with Saint Peter's pediatric residency program, which combines an exceptional community-based, community-focused training experience in general pediatrics with a superb education in the pediatric subspecialties

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:
• AMedical degree and the successful completion of an ACGME or AOA residency inPediatrics
• MD or DO licensed in the State of New Jersey
• Board-Certified or eligible in Pediatrics
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
• Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance
• A caring and compassionate nature when working with children and theirfamilies

Full-time compensation at Saint Peter's Healthcare System ranges from 175,000 - 750,000 USD, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, years of experience, academic and administrative appointment, and pre-established metrics on productivity/patient engagement/quality.
