Located just 77 miles west of Detroit, our facility is known for its quality, innovation, and the remarkable care we deliver to the Jackson community.Job Description:Candidate must be TRULY Board Eligible fellowship-trained in Vascular Surgery (to be completed prior to start).Open to upcoming 2025 graduatesin final year of fellowship, butquick 2025 start is preferred.Practice setting includes inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic.Reason for coverage: Service line growth.The group is very reputable and has a large volume of vascular cases.The practice is supported by two vascular surgeons, one nurse practitioner, and certified vascular techswithin the department.Call coverage includes nights and weekends, with a 1:4 rotation shared among providersEndovascular skills and vein experience is preferred.Facility's trauma level/designation: Level IIDocumentation system/EMR: EPICOpen to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 candidatesNot open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)Not open to 1099 candidatesNot open to Locum and/or Locum to Perm candidatesNot open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them againConditions of Employment:Employee Health requires all employed providers to complete ahealth screenper HFHS policy.COVID Vaccination Requirement;a provider must be fully vaccinated (unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption) before their application will be forwarded to a specialist during the credentialing process.Credentialing processMust maintain certification status*
