Responsible for the daily operation of the Pharmacy, ensuring compliance with patient care quality standards as they relate to the care provided to all age groups of patients. Interprets physician/provider prescriptions and medication orders and dispenses prescribed medications for patient care.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy

Three (3) or more years of experience in an acute care hospital, Unite Dose, Pharmacokinetics, and a strong clinical background preferred.

Current State of Colorado Pharmacist license

Basic Life Support (BLS)
