8hr Shift. No Weekends, Evenings, or Holidays

Qualifications and Requirements

-Must be a graduate of a US School of Pharmacy and have a BS or Pharm D degree

-Have an active unrestricted Utah pharmacist and unrestricted Utah controlled substance pharmacist license

-Immunization Certification

-Have no disciplinary actions

-1-2 years staff pharmacist experience

-Provide excellent customer service

-Have basic computer skills

Roles and Responsibilities

-Maintain inventory and order control

-Input and perform insurance billing and claim for medication orders

-Prepare medicines according to prescriptions written by authorized medical practitioners

-Take prescription orders over telephone, voicemail, facsimile or by other means

-Provide excellent counseling to pharmacy patients on their prescription and non-prescription medications

-Adhere and follow local, state, and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63.00 per hour
