Responsibilities

Collect and receive specimens for processing in the lab following the policies and procedures of the department, as well as, other duties assigned by director, supervisor, or other lab leadership. Is held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and organization. This position supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of CommonSpirit Health.


Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel;

Ability to manage multiple priorities, detailed oriented;

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills;

Knowledge of regulatory agencies and their standards and processes;

Knowledge in elements and application

PREFERRED: Phlebotomy certification preferred
