Job Title- Physical Therapist

Location: Waupaca , WI ///// Wautoma, WI

Contract Length: 13 weeks 

Shift Requirements: 4x10hr Days (7-530) Mon-Thurs OR 8hr Days (Monday-Friday) 

Shift start time: 7am 

Weekends: No weekends

Guaranteed Hours per week: 40

Minimum Experience: 1-2 Years of experience required as PT

Outpatient Clinic Experience REQUIRED

OR

Minimum 2 years of PT experience REQUIRED

Required Skillset: Outpatient
