Physical Therapist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to enhance mobility and strength.
• Utilize specialized methods such as trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology.

Skills

• Strong background in patient care with a focus on pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Experience working in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, inpatient facilities, and home community care.
• Proficient in trigger point therapy techniques and other therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to physical therapy practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.
