We are seeking passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PTs) to join our founding team and help us build a thriving practice dedicated to providing exceptional care for young children.

Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Pediatric Physical Therapists and Therapeutic Childcare Providers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a genuine love for children, a strong understanding of early childhood development, and specialized expertise in pediatric care and/or therapy integration.
Job Location: 690 Normandy St, Houston, TX 77015
Responsibilities (Pediatric Physical Therapist):
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children with developmental delays or physical limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve gross motor skills, balance, coordination, and mobility.
- Collaborate closely with Therapeutic Childcare Providers and parents to integrate therapy into daily activities and routines.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Provide education and training to staff on safe handling, positioning, and therapeutic activities.
- Ensure that all therapy provided is in compliance with all Texas state laws regarding Physical Therapy.
Responsibilities (Therapeutic Childcare Provider):
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being, with an understanding of children with special needs.
- Implement daily activities that support and reinforce the physical therapists' treatment plans, under their direction.
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that incorporates therapeutic activities.
- Observe and document children's progress and development, particularly related to their therapeutic goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring accessibility for children with varying needs.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety and accessibility.
Qualifications (Pediatric Physical Therapist):
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Texas.
- Significant experience in pediatric physical therapy.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and common pediatric conditions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Current CPR certification.
