- A member of the health care team who plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional/Educational
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy.
- License required.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
- Personal
- Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy.
- Demonstrates leadership and teaching ability.
- Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations.
