Physical Therapist
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Physical Therapy Supervisors, quality physical therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities.
OT or PT to evaluate and treat pelvic health conditions for females, males and, if possible, pediatric populations. Experience with pelvic health therapy is indicated for this role. The candidate will appreciate 1:1 care, 60-minute evaluations and treatments and a dynamic team with multiple pelvic health clinicians to collaborate with across our outpatient clinic systems. Schedule to be determined at time of hire - ideally there will be 4-10 hour days spanning until 6 p.m. Day off to be determined, but it will likely be either a Monday or a Friday.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
LICENSE/CERT: Required: PT (Physical Therapist), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Physical Therapy
