We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at a leading LTAC hospital in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a medically complex environment and are passionate about helping patients regain mobility, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with complex medical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, safety, and discharge planning
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to care planning discussions
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols
?? Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Prior experience in acute care, LTAC, or inpatient rehab preferred
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA; CERT-Diploma/Degree-Master; CERT-Diploma/Degree-Bachelor
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
