Physical Therapist Assistant

*MedAdventures* is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant in *Peachtree City, GA*

*This is a 13-week assignment, with the possible ability to extend.*

*Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:*

· Shift: 8hr Day

· Assist Physical Therapists in providing physical therapy services to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

· Implement and carry out prescribed treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to help patients improve physical function and mobility
* Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day.

*Requirements for the Physical Therapist:*

· Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution

· Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Georgia or eligibility for state licensure

· Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, modalities, and patient care procedures

* Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting

*Compensation and Schedule:*
* Minimum 36-40 hours/week, Monday- Friday
* Payrate: $35-38/hr
