Physical Therapist Assistant - Acute - (PTA)

Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1300.00 - $1352.00
2+ years of experience. 50-mile radius rule. No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year. AZ license and BLS required. Must have 2+ years of hospital setting experience and the ability to work both inpatient and Skilled Nursing Unit. Cerner experience preferred. Weekend rotation will be required.
The Physical Therapy Assistant serves as a member of the physical therapy team by assisting the Physical Therapist in the delivery of patient treatments and management of referred patients. The PTA provides documentation of treatment and outcomes, discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education. Participates in administrative duties and PI; pursues professional growth; performs other duties as assigned.
