Director of Rehabilitation / Outpatient Program at a beautiful Senior Living Community (I/L and A/L) We are seeking a dedicated therapist to manage our outpatient rehab program; to share their knowledge and skills in providing leadership and guidance to our rehab team and to assist in our goals in improving the quality of life of the people in our care. This management opportunity will oversee the outpatient rehab program. Opportunity available to PT or PTA.

ONR provides a progressive, on-site, outpatient rehab program to the residents of this community. We are seeking a talented therapist to lead our rehab team as our Director of Rehab. Responsibilities/Qualifications

The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the organization and implementation of comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic programs, effective involvement in the hiring, training and management of clinical personnel, overseeing fiscal matters related to rehabilitation programs, and promotion of the rehabilitation services throughout the facility's service area. Selected candidate must have graduated from an approved therapy program and hold a current therapist license or be eligible to receive licensure. Experience in a skilled nursing facility or with the geriatric population is desired, but not required.
