Shift Notes:
M-F, 8 hr days- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM
Weekend Requirements:
No weekends unless a holiday falls within M-F, then they can make the hours up on the weekend.
On Call Requirements:
No Call
You’ll utilize evidence-based practice under the supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist. Required qualifications include at least 1 year of PTA experience, LTC or rehab experience, and a valid PTA license.
