Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Hot Springs, AR, seeking a part-time or PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to join our esteemed team. Requirements:
Physical Therapy Assistant active license or registered in the state of Arkansas
Previous acute PTA experience
A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:
Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
Follow physical therapy care plans, perform PT, document/chart patient progress, update the RN Case Manager on patient status, etc.
Other PTA duties as assigned
