*Title:* Physical Therapist Assistant
*Schedule: Part Time: (32 hours p/week - 24 RVEs p/wk -or- 24 hours p/week - 18 RVEs p/week) and Per diem (6 visits per week)*
\* Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday

*Locations: Area 11: covers the cities of Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Mt. View, Campbell, Los Altos, Morgan Hill, Mt. Hamilton, Saratoga, Los Gatos, San Martin. *

*About the position:* The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) provides physical therapy services & care to patients, under the direction of a Physical Therapist and according to the physician’s plan of care. They provide exercise, instruction, therapeutic methods like electrical stimulation, mechanical traction, and ultrasound; massage; and gait and balance training. Physical Therapist Assistants record the patient's responses to treatment and report the outcome of treatment to the Physical Therapist.

*Requirements:*
* One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant desired
* _Entry level ok, no prior home health experience required_
* Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License required
* Reliable Transportation and auto insurance
* Valid California Driver License
* CPR/BLS Certification

\*Compensation starting rate indicated on this posting is based on Employees working a Full-Time schedule.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
