Physical Therapist Assistant - Skilled - (PTA)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1150.00 - 1400.00

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand - won't officially book until license is active. PTA needed - ASAP start date, 13-week assignment, open schedule (5 days/wk). Candidate will split between Salem Transitional and Avamere Transitional Care at Sunnyside (about 5 miles apart).

Required Qualifications
PTA (skilled) - OR License
BLS

Preferred Qualifications
SNF & Rehab Optima Experience
