Physical Therapist - Bridgeport, CT (New grads are welcome)

Shifts - Days

Responsibilities:

• Accurately evaluate and diagnose patients, both physician referrals and direct access.

• Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.

• Establish dialogue with our referring providers to facilitate seamless transition of care from MD

to SportsMed, as well as communicate treatment progress for the duration of physical therapy.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical degree required

• New Grads physical therapist are welcome to apply

• Less than1 years of experience in an outpatient setting Preferred

• Connecticut Physical Therapist License Required
