Job DescriptionSalary: $80,000-$110,000; DOE Division: Anchorage Fracture and Orthopedic Clinic- voted one of the "Best Places to Work!" Schedule: Monday- Friday and occasional Saturdays *Must be able to work multiple locations in Anchorage, Eagle River or Wasilla. What You'll Do: A physical therapist performs treatments and exercises to help patients recover from illnesses and injuries. Their main duties include using various treatment techniques to develop personalized treatment plans, prescribing medications to relieve pain and increase mobility and teaching patients to exercise techniques to improve their health. What You Need For This Job: * Master's degree in athletic training and a valid state license or certification * CPR/ First Aid Certification * One-Three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combinations of education and experience. * Must reside in or near Anchorage, Alaska. * Have general knowledge of EMR software and Outlook Programs * Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. * Ability to frequently stand; walk; sit; stoop; kneel; crouch; crawl. * Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
