• Salary: $68/Hour Weekly gross: $2720 for 40 hours work week (Blended rate)
• Taxable Salary: $35.72 Weekly taxable: $1428
• Stipend: $32.28 Weekly stipend: $1291.2
• OT Rate: $53.58 (1.5x of taxable salary)
• Shift: Days
• Contract: 13 Weeks 40 hours weekly
• Start Date: 5/13/2024

**8 hours non-billable orientation hours**

Guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation

1. General job duties.  Types of procedures required. 

Outpatient physical therapy, all ages, orthopedic, neuro, balance

2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)                         

WebPT documentation and scheduling software, laptop, Outlook, Microsoft Teams

3. Required skills and minimum years of experience.           

Preferred 5 years, but not required

4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)

PT license, BLS

5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required?  If so, how often? Are weekends required?)

Mon-Fri day shift, no call or weekends, they would typically never be alone. 

6.           Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)

No

7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.

Critical Access Hospital 25 beds, but will be working outpatient therapy

8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only)

Tan or black pants, black or red shirt (no advertisements on shirt, can have a Nike or Under Armor logo…)
