Key Functions:

  • Perform small group and individual therapy based on student needs
  • Identify, screen, and evaluate students to determine eligibility and frequency of service
  • Daily documentation of services and outcomes, management of caseloads, services and scheduling
  • Collaborate and consult with professionals, providers, and teachers



Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy
  • State licensure or ability to obtain licensure
  • Completion of all graduate coursework and clinical placements
  • Pass the National Physical Therapy Examination
