Up to $10k in bonuses We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our group full time in Warwick, RI. We believe in comprehensive, individualized care within our state-of-the-art Therapy facility and are looking for a likeminded PT to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the incoming Physical therapist will be treating patients with various orthopedic injuries and ailments in the outpatient private practice setting with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities. Responsibilities * Direct Patient care- new patient evaluation (review medical records/reports) * Identify and meet patients' goals and needs * Offer treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility * Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques * Create programs tailored to patients' specific needs * Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions * Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally * Promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination * Consult and practice with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care * Delegate and communicate ancillary duties to appropriate support staff * Communicate, when necessary, with referring physicians or HCP's * Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress * Document patient care services- timely and accurate, daily Requirements: * Current knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices * Valid license to practice physical therapy in RI * Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy Schedule: * Monday and Wednesday 12:00PM - 8:00PM * Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:00AM - 3:00PM Salary: * $85k - $105k per year (DOE) plus up to $10k per year in bonuses! * Bonus compensation: Incentivized Productivity Bonus Structure up to $10,000 per year Benefits: * PTO (3 weeks per year) * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * 401k with matching * Bonus compensation: Incentivized Productivity Bonus Structure up to $10,000 per year * 9 paid holidays * Accidental Death Insurance policy of $10,000 per employee * Continuing Ed Allowance $1500/year and 2 paid CE days * Professional Malpractice Insurance Whether our patients are looking to alleviate pain from an accident, build strength after an injury/surgery, or learn a supportive recovery regimen, we map out a plan to assist them in hitting their goals quickly and efficiently.
