What You'll Do
✔ Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
✔ Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
✔ Deliver therapeutic exercises and evidence-based treatment interventions
✔ Monitor patient progress and communicate findings with the supervising therapist
✔ Document treatments and patient outcomes accurately and timely
✔ Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
✔ Support a positive patient experience while helping individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals
Qualifications
• Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant License
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) within 30 days of hire
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
