PHYSICAL THERAPY INSURANCE VERIFICATION AUTHORIZATION BILLING LIASON

Job DescriptionGrowing Physical Therapy Clinic in need of an experienced medical insurance authorization/patient ambassador. This is a part to full-time position, in a well-established clinic in Franklin. Experience should include: Insurance Verification for Outpatient Physical Therapy, PCP Referrals, Patient Intakes, Data Entry, Schedule Appointments in EMR, process credit card charges. This position will require working with the billing department to settle patient denials as well as working with patients in a friendly, compassionate manner. The salary and benefit package is competitive, with incentives for exceptional performance. Preference will be given to those with direct Physical Therapy billing experience.
