Parkview Physicians Group is currently seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our clinic in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Specifics of The Role

• Full time position
  • 36 patient contact hours per week, with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time
    • Flexible hours to accommodate work life balance
  • 6 weeks of vacation annually
• Office is located at 1007 W. Rudisill Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46807
  • Office is located in downtown Fort Wayne, with the opportunity to serve our immigrant population and patients with socioeconomic barriers.
  • Clinical support consists of RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants.
  • Current office providers are 1 physician and 1 APP
  • Easy access to specialty care
  • Fully integrated EMR system
• Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm
  • With the potential for extended hours
  • Opportunity for 4- or 5-day work week
• Rotating call: 1:30
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers
