Practice Highlights

This opportunity is located in a clinic owned by a large multispecialty group consisting of 300 physicians. The practice offers an excellent work-life balance, with hours set from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will join an established, premier pediatric group recognized throughout the region. Facilities include comprehensive onsite labs and imaging, as well as Epic EMR for efficient patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

The position provides a competitive salary ranging from $260,000 to $280,000, depending on experience, plus RVU incentives. Additional income is available through profit sharing with the multispecialty group. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are offered. The practice supports $200,000 in student loan repayment assistance and allocates $10,000 annually for CME and professional development.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree and be board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics. Both experienced practitioners and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
