Compensation & Benefits
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary of $300,000, with the potential for additional bonus incentives. Call duties are optional and can provide extra pay for those interested. The organization supports professional development with a $3,000 continuing medical education (CME) allowance and five days annually for CME activities. Student loan repayment is also available, easing the financial burden for new and existing providers.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state
