The Primary Care Physician at PCHC provides comprehensive, patient-centered medical care to individuals and families across the lifespan within a community health center setting. The physician delivers preventive, chronic, and acute care services while supporting PCHC's mission to improve access to quality healthcare for underserved populations.
The physician works collaboratively within PCHC's integrated care model alongside behavioral health, perinatal, dental, pharmacy, nursing, and care coordination teams to promote whole-person care and improve patient outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed annual compensation ranging from $261,000-$333,000

Practice Highlights
- Flexible weekday schedule with no weekends or holidays

Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted Colorado medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
- DEA certification required.
- Current BLS certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), community health center, or underserved setting preferred.
- Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
- Experience with EPIC or comparable electronic medical record systems preferred.
