Public - Responsibilities
Temporary position - August 12 - 24 (Mon-Fri 8a-4p)
- Provide on-site primary care to geriatric patients within a skilled nursing facility.
- Evaluate and manage acute concerns and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct routine assessments, follow-up visits and medically appropriate care planning.
- Manage an average daily volume of approximately 12-15 patients.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including SOAP notes, using the facility's AI-assisted documentation technology.
