Physician/APP Recruiter

Full Time

Coordinates and carries out personnel-related matters concerning the organization's employees. Primary responsibilities include the areas of recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers (APP).

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and a minimum of two to three years' experience and/or training in all aspects of human resources, preferably in the medical field; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience with physician recruitment or executive search is strongly preferred.
