Job Posting: Advanced Practice Provider (APP) -
Wound Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced

Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our wound

care team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the

lives of patients by delivering specialized wound care treatments and

supporting their healing journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced clinical evaluation and

management of patients with acute and chronic wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment

plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and

interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on wound

care management, prevention, and ongoing treatment.
• Perform and document wound assessments,

procedures, and follow-up visits accurately in the medical record.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and

contribute to positive patient outcomes within the wound care program.
Qualifications:
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician

Assistant (PA) with current state licensure.
• Experience in wound care, dermatology, surgery,

or a related specialty preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and

problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

with a patient-centered approach.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

and continuous learning.
