Physician Clinic Supervisor - Pine Drive - Full Time (Monday - Friday 8a - 5p)

Requirements

What to expect as a Physician Clinic Supervisor:

• Fill clinical and non-clinical roles in the office.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Act as a resource to clinic employees and other hospital departments.
• Responsible for the preparation and preservation of staff schedules.
• Investigates and reports complaints.
• Follow and lead departmental huddles.
• Maintain complete Rural Health Clinic logs, sample medication logs, current supplies and safe environments.

Qualifications:

• Current Missouri RN license.
• RMA (Medical Assistant Registration/Certification), CMA (Certified Medical Assistant), NCMA (National Certified Medical Assistant), or CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant) credential required, or graduate from Medical Assistant program or successfully pass certification within 6 months of start date.
• 5 years' experience in a physician clinic.
• BLS certified, required.
